A short note to thank you and your team for creating the ‘personal day spa’ of my dreams!

I knew it was the best bathroom in Victoria, even before it won 2 prestigious awards. 
It must be satisfying to be recognised by your peers as a major contender in the bathroom and kitchen ‘design and renovation’ industry.

It is with great regard that I mention all of your staff, their workmanship and attention to detail. Their courtesy and professionalism, and the care of our property and privacy while being in our home really surprised me, renovating usually feels like a home invasion.

I would also like to thank you and Steve for the extraordinary amount of time you spent with me, even before the project began, to allow me to feel confident in our choices, over the tiniest of aspects, and sought out solutions to all my outrageous demands (the bath and it’s drainage system is miraculous, thanks to Rod)!

Thank you for turning the bathroom from black and gloomy to a light filled luxury haven. It was a difficult shape and you have given it a warm spaciousness rather than being coldly clinical. A practical and beautiful design giving me all that I want, with unexpected extra storage which was a delightful surprise in such a small space.

From start to finish you have been professional – from your added suggestions at our initial meeting in your office; to the Managing Director on his hands and knees cleaning microscopic marks on the floor on the final day.

Your team is exemplary. They arrived when they said they would and each day, over many weeks were particular in leaving each evening with the site being as tidy as possible – to the extent of folding carefully and leaving in a pile the drop sheets they used during the day.

Each of the men was expert in his work going the second mile in making sure each facit of his job was in perfect condition.

And, not least, and when difficulties occurred, your calm manner in putting things right.

Many thanks for carrying out the renovation of our ensuite and bathroom.  The transformation is truly quite remarkable and the results far exceeded our expectations. The new designs are fully functional and very modern, yet still in keeping with the design of our 20 year old home; and we now have far better use of our available space.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail in the planning stages, particularly the fittings and fixtures you recommended. They certainly are first class and give the rooms that extra touch of “quality”. We also appreciated your willingness to discuss and implement small changes once our work has commenced.

You promised to keep us informed of each step in the renovation process and you were true to your work. We always received a call advising us of what the next step in the process would be and who would be working on the site.

Your tradesmen are also first class. Not only are they very skilled craftsmen, they were thoughtful and considerate when moving through our home. The work site was tidied up each night with drop sheets folded and all rubbish removed; and great care was taken to minimise the amount of dust entering other parts of the house; and we would welcome them back at any time. Their general attitude and professionalism do much to enhance the reputation of All City Bathrooms & Kitchens.

Please pass along our thanks to all involved with our renovation. Their efforts took away a lot of the stress of renovating and gave us two new modern bathrooms which are a joy to look at and to use.

Thank you for a 'miracle' change to my bathroom – I am delighted with the result, considering the basics you had to work on. Thank you also for tolerating my many 'changes of mind'.
