The Process
When you initially call the office or visit our showroom, you can expect the following to occur:
| Step 1 | One of our qualified design consultants will call to arrange a time to visit your home where they will take measurements and discuss your requirements in detail. |

| Step 2 | We produce a design based on this information and from this provide you with a FIXED quotation for the investment required to achieve the outcome you want. |
| Step 3 | We present the quote to you in our showroom where we can also assist you in your selection process. |
| Step 4 | On your approval we are then able to lock in your start date, begin the ordering and scheduling process, and tell you when your rnovation will be completed. |
