The Process
When you initially call the office or visit our showroom, you can expect the following to occur:

One of our qualified design consultants will call to arrange a time to visit your home where he will take measurements and discuss your requirements in detail. |
| Step 2 |
We produce a design concept based on this information received on site and convert it into a detailed quote.

We present the quote to you in our showroom where we can also assist you in your selection process. |
| Step 4 |
On approval, the paperwork is formalised by way of a signed agreement and the renovation process is then put into motion. |
